We understand coaching as a helpful \u201creflection partnership\u201d (W. Looss) that offers the coachee a protected environment in which to work on professional concerns and challenges. Coaching is about becoming more aware of and examining one’s own behavior patterns in dealing with oneself and in contact with employees and colleagues. We support our clients in trying out new approaches and behaviors.<\/p>\n
The goal is always to increase our clients’ ability to act and make decisions in a specific professional context. We have found that new forms of collaboration, for example in hybrid teams, bring with them many challenges that can be addressed with the help of professional support. Before starting a supervision, we consider it important to have a clear contract with our clients. This can involve clarifying mutual expectations, recognizing and respecting boundaries, working on specific cases, taking a moment to reflect on and discuss roles within the team, or providing short-term crisis intervention. In fact, clients also come to us with the observation that \u201csomething is stuck in the system\u201d.
