All of our senses are involved, because only with them can we come into full contact with the client and enter their world. We allow ourselves to trust our sensations in contact and use them for our work just as much as the figures, data and facts available to us. We work with and on the characteristics that are natural to the organization. We integrate routines and structures that provide stability and, to a large extent, guarantee the functioning and the desired results. They are a valuable starting point for our work.<\/p>\n<p>We explore the organization and describe its idiosyncrasies, its working patterns and its resources so that it can draw on them for the change process.
